I guide families and students through important school transitions—whether it's preparing for middle school, navigating high school, or planning for post-secondary or vocational paths. Services include help with understanding IEP goals, disability support, funding options, and connecting with adult services (post secondary). Please note: This service does not include support in filling out forms.
