Hello
Hi, I’m Sarah — a Family Support and Inclusion Coordinator with over 25 years of experience supporting children with diverse needs. For the past 8 years, I’ve worked as an Educational Assistant, helping students thrive in inclusive school settings through their Individual Educational Plan goals, classroom adaptations, and one-on-one support with social and emotional needs.
I’m also a parent to a child with autism and learning disabilities. I know firsthand how overwhelming a new diagnosis can feel—and how important it is to have someone walk with you through the next steps. That’s why I’m passionate about supporting families in navigating services, funding, and school systems with clarity and compassion.
In addition to my work in education, I bring years of administrative experience to the table, which helps me guide families through forms, timelines, and paperwork with care and confidence.
If you’re feeling uncertain about what comes next, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m here to help lighten the load.

What I offer:
✔ One-on-one consultation to explain your child's assessment report and diagnosis
✔ Understanding Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
✔ Help completing government forms (e.g. Disability Tax Credit, Autism funding)
✔ Checklists and timelines so you don’t miss a step
✔ Referrals to community agencies and local support programs
✔ Ongoing check-ins to help with transitions (Grades 5 to 6, 8 to 9, and 12 to post secondary)
✔ Information on post-secondary supports (academic and trades pathways)
